DuraServ Corp is seeking an Indirect Tax Analyst to support national tax compliance across sales, use, and property taxes. The role requires precision in maintaining exemption certificates, administering Avalara, and collaborating with AP, billing, and external auditors.

You will operate on-site at Coppell, TX, reporting to the Tax Director, with no travel required. The position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory awareness, and ethical judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of indirect tax experience across sales/use/property tax
• Experience with Avalara or other tax automation software
• Working knowledge of ERP systems related to tax data, accruals, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Collect, reconcile, and analyze tax data across jurisdictions to ensure reporting accuracy
• Administer Avalara and ensure proper tax calculation and integration with ERP
• Assist in gathering documentation for tax audits and maintain exemption certificates
