Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy across CVG operations, including supplier governance and cost-saving programs.

This full-time role based in Washington requires strong negotiation, supplier management and contract administration skills, with 7+ years in procurement and 2+ years of people leadership; multi-site manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
