Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. seeks an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy and supplier governance. You will drive cost-saving initiatives, oversee procurement policy, and lead a team to deliver measurable performance across CVG operations.

You will negotiate with suppliers, manage relationships, and report procurement KPIs to executives, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
