Job summary

You will drive procurement team performance and partner with operations, finance, engineering, HR, and IT to deliver value. You will own supplier relationship management, executive business reviews, and KPI dashboards while ensuring compliance and leading digital procurement initiatives across CVG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
