Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy across CVG operations.

You will drive supplier negotiations, governance, and cost savings while building a high-performing procurement team. This role partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, and IT to align sourcing initiatives with business goals, monitor supplier performance, deliver KPI dashboards, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
