Ingram Micro, Irvine HQ, is seeking a seasoned Indirect Sourcing lead to drive strategic initiatives across Facilities and Operations spend. You will shape category plans, align with global and regional leaders, and optimize supplier relationships for total value, cost control, and risk management.

The role emphasizes cross-functional negotiation, contract management, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid work environment with strong KPI oversight.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree; preference for Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Economics.
• 7+ years of professional work experience, including 5+ years in an Indirect Sourcing role.
• Preferred Facilities/Operations indirect spend experience.
• Ability to identify indirect spend cost savings and drive results.
• SME within business unit with RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and bid analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indirect Strategic Sourcing for Facilities and Operations spend.
• Develop short- and long-term category strategies aligned with company goals.
• Document, communicate, and gain buy-in from global and regional leaders; prepare vendor recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders to lead supplier relationships that drive value and minimize risk.
• Manage supplier performance with SLAs, KPIs, scorecards; drive improvements.
• Develop and execute RFIs/RFPs; steer cross-functional supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts and perform supplier risk analyses.
• Leverage external SME networks to benchmark trends and best practices.
