Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
Minimum of 3 years in purchasing or sourcing roles.
Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Experience with indirect procurement and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Source and procure indirect materials and services (office IT, professional services, facilities, PPE, transportation).
Prepare bid specifications, solicit and evaluate vendor bids, and negotiate pricing/terms.
Collaborate with managers, engineers and operations to meet requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, service and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations; maintain purchase records.
