Jobtailor is seeking an experienced indirect procurement and analytics leader to develop and manage dashboards using Power BI that track health, spend, and milestones for indirect programs. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, partner with cross‑functional teams, and serve as a program lead for sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of indirect purchasing, supply chain, or project management experience (manufacturing/auto preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, especially Power BI and Excel.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and tracking milestones.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong presentation and data‑driven business case skills for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in indirect purchasing, supply chain, or project management (preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment).
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, specifically Power BI and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query), with a proven ability to build dashboards from scratch.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and tracking milestones from conception to completion.
• Experience working within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present data‑driven business cases to senior leadership.
• Highly flexible with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing launch environment.
