Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement leader to drive sourcing programs and optimize indirect spend across departments. You will negotiate supplier agreements, influence stakeholders, and build strong partnerships to deliver measurable business value.

Lead a small procurement team, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risk through strategic supplier management and best practices in contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing complex vendor relationships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience evaluating spend and identifying savings opportunities.
• Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and sourcing methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
