Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager in the United States (Maryland or Massachusetts) to shape sourcing strategies across multiple indirect categories. Relocation available, reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement.

You will develop strategies for HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, and more, lead negotiations, and drive savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of indirect procurement or sourcing experience across multiple categories.
• Proven track record in change management and process improvement.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across OpEx and CapEx.
• Negotiate contracts to secure best pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure performance excellence.

• Track, report, and communicate monthly savings and KPIs to leadership.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving savings and building strong supplier partnerships? We’re looking for a Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies across multiple indirect categories—such as HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, and more. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance excellence

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing, managing two or more categories
• Proven track record in change management and continuous process improvement
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
• Experience with Spend Control Tower
