1st Executive Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager to lead procurement across multiple spend areas within a fast-paced engineering environment.

You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and build strong supplier relationships to deliver measurable value and drive continuous improvement.

All applicants must be based in the UK and able to work in the UK; hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 remote days.

You'll partner with stakeholders across corporate business functions, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, and building strong supplier relationships that deliver measurable value.
