Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished indirect procurement leader to drive strategy deployment and supplier management across North America. You will own regional execution of global category strategies for multiple spend areas and lead cross-functional teams to achieve cost reductions and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and experience with P2P/S2C systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sourcing experience.
• 5+ years in indirect procurement.
• Proven multi-category category management and cost reduction experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement operations and regional strategy deployment for North America.
• Own regional execution of global category strategies and supplier base management.
• Deliver reductions in TCO, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
• Develop category strategies across MRO, Facilities Services, Travel, HR, Marketing & Communications, and Professional Services.
• Lead cross-functional category teams and steering groups.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier segmentation, and negotiations.
