TopLine Financial Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Underwriter/Processor in Minnesota who will review and decide on indirect loan requests, assess creditworthiness, and fund loans per policy. You will interact with dealers to provide timely approvals while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

The role requires experience in indirect lending, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage loan files and funding with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in Indirect Lending at a financial institution.
• Knowledge of applicable lending rules and regulations (e.g., Reg Z, Reg B, Reg E, Reg C, Reg CC).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and make credit decisions on indirect loans and perform adverse regulatory actions.
• Obtain and analyze information for credit requests, assess debt ratios and credit scores, and determine collateral value.
• Provide prompt credit decisions to dealers and communicate approvals with a sales approach.
• Fund indirect loans in accordance with policy and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of TopLine lending policies and compliance.
• Assist dealerships with funding-related issues and inquiries.
• Maintain complete, accurate loan files and release liens when funded.
• Communicate effectively with dealerships to grow business relationships.
