Job summary

TopLine Financial Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Indirect Underwriter/Processor to join our member-owned team. You will review indirect loan applications, analyze creditworthiness, and decide approvals, denials, or counteroffers within lending limits to help members achieve their financial goals.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication with dealerships, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining compliance with policy

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in Indirect Lending at a financial institution is essential.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations governing indirect lending is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, including documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and make credit decisions on indirect loans within lending limits.
• Obtain and verify information and documentation for credit requests; assess creditworthiness and debt ratios.
• Provide prompt credit decision responses to dealerships and inform on approvals or denials.
• Ensure compliance with TopLine lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Fund indirect loans in accordance with policy and guidelines and support funding-related issues for dealerships.
