The annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 and it is eligible for bonus.
OCCU has an exciting opportunity for an experienced GM, GSM, SM, or FI Director ready for a change and better work/life balance. This is an exempt position with an excellent benefit package including eligibility for quarterly bonus. This position currently covers Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding areas including Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Marion counties, subject to change based on business needs. Applicants must regularly visit auto dealerships in these locations. While duties are mostly Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be necessary. The role is remote, with work from a home office and at auto dealerships. Occasional visits to OCCU's headquarters in Eugene may be required.
Qualifications for this role include a minimum of eight years of in-dealership leadership experience, with at least three years in an Indirect Lending role with a financial institution preferred. Advanced knowledge of dealership variable operations and the automotive industry related to lending is required. A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are essential.
