Qualifications

• No relocation benefit; candidates within ~50 miles of Glenolden, PA considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current orders, historical data, and records to determine best source.
• Maintain an adequate supply of assigned commodities.
• Reduce excess inventory by reviewing reports; maximize value per policy.
• Resolve source, price, delivery, specs, quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving payment issues as they arise.
• Advise supervisor when rescheduling is necessary.
• Maintain part parameters with MRP.
• Determine inventory adjustments from scrap, damage, or loss.
• Support Value Stream Manager to improve deliveries and provide shortages.
• Create and maintain supplier schedules weekly for accurate flow.
• Support lean manufacturing via kitting and value stream mapping.
• Manage Ariba system for purchasing.
• Develop and maintain purchase part strategy (PFEP).
