Job summary

COREPLUS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is seeking an Indirect Funding Coordinator to oversee funding of indirect auto loans through dealer networks. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding in a fast-paced environment, acting as a subject matter expert for complex funding matters.

Responsibilities include reviewing loan packages, developing SOPs, mentoring staff, and maintaining dealer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements within Indirect Lending.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to analyze Federal tax returns.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and other figures.
• Basic understanding of NCUA and operating regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily funding operations of the Indirect lending program ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan funding.
• Review loan packages for completeness and compliance to determine steps to funding.
• Collaborate to develop SOPs, training materials, and process improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on indirect funding policies and best practices.
• Manage dealer reserve calculations and disbursements for accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers in the indirect lending program.
• Communicate with dealers to obtain contracts and documentation to minimize funding delays.
• Prepare and distribute reports on daily indirect loan funding activity.
• Monitor workloads to meet service levels and funding deadlines.
• Coordinate with Loan Operations to address quality control concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Lending, BSA, OFAC, and other regulations.
• Maintain adherence to Credit Union policies and regulatory guidelines.
