Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily funding operations of indirect lending program.
• Review loan packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and implement process improvements, SOPs, and training materials.
• Mentor and train team members on indirect funding policies and best practices.
• Process dealer reserve calculations, reserve payments, and reserve chargebacks.
• Maintain strong dealer relationships in the indirect lending program.
