Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Alpharetta, GA seeks an Integrator for the HP Indigo Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program to refurbish, integrate, test, calibrate, and qualify presses for a second life.

You will diagnose electromechanical issues, replace worn components, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet shipment commitments and quality standards. This full-time on-site role requires a 4-year engineering degree and 7+ years hands-on HP Indigo experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with HP Indigo presses or similar digital printing equipment.
• Four-year degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose electromechanical issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish, integrate, test, calibrate, and qualify HP Indigo presses across product platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and print-quality issues.
• Replace worn components and validate system performance to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors in refurbishment.
• Drive rapid issue resolution to protect shipment commitments and timelines.
• Deliver high-quality results while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure each press ships in excellent condition with reliable performance.
