Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center is seeking a Youth Program Specialist to provide culturally responsive support for Indigenous youth ages 12-26. You will mentor, engage communities, and facilitate MICUNAY-based workshops both virtually and in person, aligning with Indigenous values and holistic well-being.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with Indigenous youth.
• Develop and adapt workshop content and learning materials.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Provide individual and group mentoring and peer support.
• Assist youth in identifying personal, educational and wellness goals.
• Promote leadership, self-advocacy and life skills development.
• Engage families, schools and community partners to support youth services.
