Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments.
• Respond to urgent mental health and psychosocial crises.
• Provide clinical case management addressing complex determinants of health.
• Consult with medical, behavioral health, and admin staff on psychosocial factors.
