Job summary

Westminster Theological Seminary seeks an Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff member for Decision Point. You will lead evangelism efforts, coach students, partner with churches, mobilize volunteers, and guide ministry growth across the city.

You’ll recruit leaders, train teams, and develop a network of campus ministries, churches, and community partners to advance the gospel and disciple emerging leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ministry in a church or parachurch setting.
• Strong recruiting and team-building abilities.
• Comfortable traveling in and around Indianapolis and beyond.

Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff – Decision Point

Decision Point is seeking a passionate ministry leader to help reach students across the Indianapolis area with the gospel. This role combines evangelism, student coaching, church partnerships, volunteer engagement, and ministry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders
2. Recruit and coach volunteers and student leaders
3. Equip students to share the gospel and reach their schools
4. Disciple and develop student leaders
5. Build a coalition of churches and ministry partners
6. Cast vision and lead ministry growth throughout the Indianapolis area
7. Encourage, coach, and develop ministry leaders and teams

Ideal Candidate:

1. Passionate and courageous about sharing the gospel
2. Strong leader, recruiter, and team builder
3. Effective communicator and natural networker
4. Able to mobilize and develop students, volunteers, and ministry partners
5. Spiritually mature, prayerful, and committed to God's Word

Qualifications:

1. Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting
2. Experience recruiting and leading teamsBachelor's degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Details:

1. $49,000–$64,000/year, based on experience and qualifications
2. Full-time, 40+ hours/week
3. Local travel throughout the Indianapolis area
4. Regional and occasional national travel
5. Staff participate in support raising, with training and ongoing coaching provided
