Job summary

Bomgaars in Sioux City, IA is seeking motivated individuals to lead the Feed, Pet, Tools and Automotive departments, overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. These roles require strong retail knowledge and a hands-on approach to merchandising and store upkeep.

You will manage pricing, paperwork, and loadouts while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency. Weekend availability and shift flexibility are valued to support peak periods.

Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with retail experience to fill Department Lead positions. Opportunities available to oversee the operations of the Feed, Pet, Tools, and Automotive departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail knowledge/experience
• Product knowledge - feed, pets, tools, and automotive
• Administrative skills to complete paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail/organizations skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squating
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wage is $15.00 per hour, based on experience
