Job summary

Bomgaars is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for the Feed department in Douglas, WY. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and accurate stocking to keep the feed area ready for customers.

You will handle sales, merchandising, and load-outs, assist customers with product selection, and maintain clean, inviting displays. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible days, including weekends. Wage is $14.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Product knowledge — feed, farm, ranch.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods.
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for work weekends).
