Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Food Runner for the Masters Tournament to transport food from kitchen to tables and assist servers. You will help maintain Club standards and greet members, players, caddies, and guests with professionalism.

The position requires physical stamina to work in varied conditions and a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. This role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork within the world-renowned event environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of culinary and service terminology preferred.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.

Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Transports food items from the kitchen to the correct table and patron, using table and seat numbers.
• Assists Servers with table service and patron requests.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, sanitation and presentation of all restaurant and kitchen spaces.
• Completes all opening and closing duties.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
