Job summary

MINER/MASON & ASSOCIATES is partnering with Indiana’s top musculoskeletal and spine program to recruit an Interventional Pain Physiatrist. This physician will guide the pain program within a collaborative PM&R department, offering a blend of clinic and OR time, including spine procedures and pumps, on the main hospital campus.

The role provides a growth path to lead and mentor the team, with a strong academic affiliation and opportunities for teaching.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained physiatrist with PM&R board certification.
• Experience leading or mentoring PM&R teams is ideal.
• Strong collaboration with orthopedic spine group and academic affiliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the musculoskeletal and spine pain program.

We’re partnering with one of Indiana’s fastest-growing musculoskeletal and spine programsin Indianato bring on anInterventional Pain Physiatrist. This is a young, energized team working closely with a large, collaborative orthopedic spine groupand astrong general PM&R dept, sothe rightphysician-leaderwill guide the pain programas the practice expands.

Tailored Workload:Thisstrong procedural practice includesa mix of clinic and OR time, including spine procedures and implanting and managing pumps.

Everything is on the main hospital campus, so there’s no driving between sites just to see your next patient.

Growth Opportunity:The fellowship-trained physiatrist who earns the role has a real opportunity to lead and mentor the team as the program grows.

Compensation:Strong base salary with productivity incentives layered on top, plus signing and moving incentives.
