OpenFX is a fast-growing fintech startup building cross-border payment infrastructure. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk across operations, partnering with operations and business development to uphold integrity.

The role emphasizes AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, policy governance, and program management. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in regulatory compliance, crypto/web3 experience, and a bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, accounting, or related fields; 8+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance with a strong AML/KYC focus.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Superior attention to detail to identify compliance issues quickly.
• Experience in crypto/web3-related compliance projects.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory & Risk Oversight across the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: monitor federal, state, and local laws; assist with regulatory reporting.
• Risk Assessment: identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• KYB and Transaction Monitoring: review KYC documents and analyze transactions for suspicious activity.
• Policy & Program Governance: develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Compliance Program Management: implement and maintain compliance programs; conduct audits.
• Training: educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Support: conduct audits and prepare compliance reports.
