Applied Materials India is seeking a senior leader to drive the India growth strategy, scale business, and foster innovation across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities and deliver on ambitious goals for the Indian market.

This role reports to the Head of Business Development & Growth in SPG and requires 15+ years of multi-disciplinary leadership, strategic acumen, and strong stakeholder management. Relocation eligible; full-time position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of industry experience across multiple business groups or roles.
• Experience creating and driving strategy and leading large-scale execution.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across matrixed orgs.
• Financial and operational experience managing large business units is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, large organizations.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Talent mindset with focus on innovation and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive long-term vision for Applied Materials India by leveraging capabilities and fostering innovation.
• Drive synergy and collaboration between groups to optimize capabilities and engagement.
• Lead long-term infrastructure growth aligned with strategic plans.
• Develop new technologies and product development capabilities for India to contribute to the company's innovation charter.
• Foster partnerships with universities and research organizations to strengthen talent development and footprint.
• Demonstrate agility, lead through matrix structures, align leaders on priorities for India.
• Promote high-performance and inclusive teams to scale the business.
• Support local community outreach and corporate philanthropy and ensure compliance.
