Job summary

MA Capital US LLC is seeking a seasoned Quantitative Trader to lead our index options market-making efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will own day-to-day trading, risk management, and real-time decision making, collaborating with researchers and engineers to refine pricing, quotes, hedging, and execution.

This hands-on role offers ownership, exposure to global markets, and opportunities to influence the growth of our options trading desk within a technology-driven firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional options trading experience in index options.
• Direct experience trading SPX, VIX, ES options, or related index products.
• Experience operating an automated or semi-automated options market-making system.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, IV, skew, and Greeks.
• Practical delta, gamma, vega risk management experience.
• Deep knowledge of market microstructure and hedging costs.
• Ability to analyze live P&L and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work with researchers and engineers to improve systems.

Responsibilities

• Live trading and risk management of the index options market-making system.
• Make real-time quotes, hedges, and inventory decisions.
• Analyze fills, spreads, and P&L attribution to improve performance.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to evaluate models before deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance pricing, execution, and risk controls.
• Develop hedging strategies to expand market-making capabilities.
