Description

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider offering individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as other Behavioral Health services in Phoenix (Sun City West + Gilbert), Yuma, and Tucson, AZ. We are currently hiring a dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to meet the high demand for our services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of records in line with HIPAA requirements
• Assess risk of harm to self and others
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments for clients assigned to your panel
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintain client-related documentation (diagnoses, assessments, progress notes, etc.)
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions through staffing and observation
• Refer clients to community resources and internal services as needed
• Engage in population health and evidence-based measures to improve client outcomes
• Conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and BHP requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active license in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Independently Licensed clinician (required)
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with EHR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare models
