Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is a leading national wound care physician group seeking MDs and DOs who want to step off the hospital treadmill and practice pure medicine. As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical hands-on care to a geriatric population in nursing facilities.

You make the clinical decisions and we handle the rest, including contracts and billing. There are no nights, no on‑call emergencies, and no weekend rounds, with potential to earn $300k+

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Note: Residency completion andBoard Certification/Eligibility are not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities.
• Make clinical decisions and manage outcomes.
• Operate as a mobile wound care physician with 1099 contracting.
