Job summary

Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising is a contract, in-store role managed through ThirdChannel. You will implement visual standards, maintain displays, and drive strong brand presence across assigned stores. Expect 1–2 hour visits with monthly frequency per store and coordination with management.

The position starts at $24/hour and is designed for independent contractors with retail/merchandising experience and a reliable smart device for reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on site.
• Own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16+ or Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain product presentation to ensure premium in-store experience.
• Educate store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via ThirdChannel app.
