Castle Adventures and Travel is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Independent Travel Advisor and Vacation Specialist to build and scale a remote travel business under our host agency platform.

You will craft bespoke vacations for families, couples, groups, and solo travelers, leveraging top-tier credentials and mentorship. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and commission-based earning potential across resort stays, cruises, and international tours.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom vacations by researching and booking itineraries including resorts, cruises, flights, transfers and excursions
• Consult with clients to match destinations, accommodations and packages to their preferences and budget
• Manage all booking details from deposit through travel documents and changes
• Provide VIP client support before, during and after trips with destination insights and entry guidance
• Grow the travel business through personal networking, referrals and social media campaigns

We are seeking driven, detail-oriented Independent Travel Advisor & Vacation Specialists to build and scale their own remote travel businesses under our premier host agency platform.

In this role, you will act as a personal travel consultant, turning travel dreams into tailored, stress-free vacations for families, couples, groups, and solo travelers. From all-inclusive tropical resorts and ocean cruises to custom international tours and resort getaways, you’ll have access to top-tier industry credentials, preferred vendor partnerships, and step-by-step mentorship to power your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft Custom Vacations: Research, design, and book bespoke travel itineraries—including resort stays, ocean and river cruises, flights, ground transfers, tours, and destination excursions.
• Consult & Recommend: Get to know your clients' unique preferences, travel styles, and budgets to match them with ideal destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
• Seamless Reservation Management: Handle all booking details from initial deposit to final travel documents, including payment processing, promotional discount tracking, and itinerary modifications.
• Provide VIP Client Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact before, during, and after trips, offering destination insights, entry requirements guidance, and peace-of-mind support.
• Grow Your Travel Business: Leverage personal networking, social media marketing, and client referrals to cultivate a loyal, repeat client base.

Compensation Structure

This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor, 100% commission-based opportunity. Your income directly reflects your booking volume, offering complete schedule flexibility and unlimited earning potential.
