Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform ultrasonography at a technical level with independent judgment. Position emphasizes state-of-the-art imaging, learning vascular ultrasound, and contributing to patient care in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifying candidates will have an accredited ultrasound education, ARDMS within the required window, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of clinical ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate accredited ultrasound program completed.
• ARDMS registration within 1 year of hire or 2 years post-graduation.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 6 months to 1 year of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
• Strong communication and adaptability for a fast-paced setting.
