Job summary

Hope Network is seeking licensed therapists to deliver behavioral health services as independent contractors across Michigan. This business-to-business arrangement gives you autonomy over your schedule, location, and caseload, while accessing Hope Network's credentialing, billing, and technology support.

You’ll provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups, conduct assessments, tailor interventions, and maintain compliant documentation with flexible telehealth or in-person options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Experience delivering mental health therapy services preferred.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to ethics and legal standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Contractors manage their own tax obligations, liability insurance, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
