Job summary

Hope Network seeks licensed therapists to deliver behavioral health services to adults, children, and families across Michigan as independent contractors. You will have autonomy over your practice, choose telehealth or in-person sessions, and operate under a fee-for-service model with supported billing and credentialing.

Contractors manage their own taxes and benefits, while Hope Network provides credentialing assistance, technology, and administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field.
• Experience delivering mental health therapy services preferred.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to professional ethics and legal standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Contractors manage their own tax obligations, liability insurance, and benefits.
• This engagement is a contractual business-to-business relationship, not an employment arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
