Job summary

Bluewater Federal is seeking an Independent Test Lead to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. You will lead testing activities across BMx systems, develop validation approaches, and ensure readiness for deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing independent of development teams, tracking metrics, and supporting test certification and operational readiness reviews. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing experience in enterprise release validation.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with integration, regression, automated testing and test strategy development.

Job Description Overview Bluewater Federal is looking for an Independent Test Lead to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. The Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise U.S. Air Force logistics and maintenance systems that enable global mission readiness and sustainment operations.

Responsibilities
