Schaeffer Manufacturing Company is seeking aggressive outside sales professionals to become independent sales reps. You will sell premium lubricants, synthetic oils, and fuel additives directly to front-line industrial clients, with uncapped commission potential and bonuses.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll drive your own book, build territory, and control earnings based on performance, with onboarding and ongoing support to back you up in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be self-driven entrepreneur with aggressive sales approach.
• Able to build a book of business and manage accounts.
• Comfortable selling high-value industrial products to businesses.

Responsabilités

• Sell premium lubricants, synthetic oils, and fuel additives to industrial clients (farmers, trucking, construction, mining, manufacturing).
• Develop and manage a defined sales territory, close new accounts, and expand existing relationships.
• Provide market feedback, and work independently under a 1099 contractor arrangement.
