Grocery Outlet is seeking Independent Operators who will own and run a Grocery Outlet store as an entrepreneurial partner. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory and staffing, and apply Grocery Outlet’s unique buying model to serve your local community.

This is not a franchise; operators gain autonomy while receiving training, corporate support, and opportunities to build a profitable business with flexible scheduling within a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to train high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, compliance, and profitability.
