Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, combining inside and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs and recommend products, including packing supplies, while performing daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payment monitoring, and occasional collections calls. A valid driver's license and travel between sites with mileage reimbursement are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Ability to interact with customers, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products or services.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between multiple locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement is available.
