Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounting operations or finance operations with the ability to operate independently.
• Proven ability to own and manage end-to-end processes or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision; own tasks, priorities and deliverables.
• Manage projects or processes with plans, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Provide guidance and training to peers and juniors with shared best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
