Job summary

Aoka is expanding its network of independent inspectors to support Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) projects. You will conduct on-site inspections of senior living and care facilities, ensuring compliance with OHP requirements and documenting findings with photos.

Flexible scheduling and pay per inspection are offered. Ideal candidates have ICC certification or a PE/Architectural license or 2+ years of housing inspection experience, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of housing inspection experience, or current ICC certification/PE/architectural license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Strong attention to detail and solid written reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with property owners, contractors, and project teams.
• Inspect units and common areas for compliance with OHP guidelines and contract requirements.
• Document findings accurately, including photos, deficiencies, and required follow-up.
• Submit complete, timely inspection reports that meet OHP and company requirements.
• Communicate clearly with our team about inspection results and any issues on site.
