Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs, make product recommendations (packing and moving supplies), and help keep spaces ready to rent.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, cash handling, and assisting customers with payments and reminders across sites. A valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle are required to travel between locations.

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.

• Assess customer storage needs and make product recommendations including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
