Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, performing a mix of inside and outdoor tasks. You will assess customer needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure units are ready for rent.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, cash handling, and assisting customers with payments, including reminders and collections when needed. This role requires mobility between sites and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Candidates from customer service/sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
