Responsibilities

• Designs and executes non-routine cell-based in vitro and biochemical assays based on literature analyses.
• Reads literature, attends scientific meetings, and keeps abreast of developments in the field.
• Operates and maintains lab equipment; troubleshoots as needed.
• Proposes new experiments/technologies; contributes to training of staff and junior scientists.
• Communicates results clearly in reports and presentations; writes protocols and technical documents.
• Maintains data integrity and accurate electronic lab notebooks; follows SOPs and regulatory requirements.
