Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to join as a part-time position with flexible hours. You will collect work assignments, deliver or collect for clients, and have the opportunity to influence earnings based on time and efficiency. Training is provided to maximize productivity.

Ideal candidates bring a valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle, and readiness to work in various grocery-store environments. This role emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requirements include: at least 18 years old and valid drivers license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
