RDSolutions is seeking flexible, motivated individuals for Research Associate roles offering hourly pay and scheduling you can control within client windows. Training is provided to help you maximize earnings as you work independently in store environments.

Choose your own hours, collect assignments, and earn with a guaranteed minimum in certain areas. A reliable commute, a smartphone with the pricing app, and adherence to safety and store protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store environments.
