Job summary

RDSolutions offers a flexible side hustle where you choose your own hours and earn based on a guaranteed hourly minimum in areas with a wage floor. You control earnings per hour, with detailed training provided to maximize efficiency in each store you collect from.

As a Research Associate, you will work independently with reliable transportation, completing assignments within client windows and receiving mileage reimbursement as part of a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with the company pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at grocery store projects within client windows.
• Receive and complete assignments efficiently for pay per hour.
• Attend the detailed training provided by the company.
• Work independently with reliable transportation and good time management.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
