Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ag sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the drive to meet and exceed territory targets. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from the field and home-office as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agronomy, crop production or seed sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain dealer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand in Northern Ohio.
• Develop agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Collaborate with regional sales agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build relationships with growers and convert opportunities into sales.
