Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner in delivering residential roofing solutions. You will attend in-home appointments, present products, and close deals with pre-qualified prospects.

This commission-based role offers weekly pay, performance bonuses, and a $3,000 Quick Start incentive based on early milestones. With strong brand recognition and nationwide reach, Erie Home provides pre-qualified appointments and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
